A COMMUNITY BASED PROJECT: FOR THE COMMUNITY, BY THE COMMUNITY
Founded in October 2024, Coronation Street Initiative is a community group made up of local business people, based on, or interested in the future of Coronation Street.
The project aims to aid with the regeneration of Coronation Street and the surrounding area.

We are genuinely proud of our street, it is one of the main thoroughfare routes into town.
It is a street that has high footfall of both tourists and locals.
Coronation Street is a dynamic street, having venues such as the Winter Gardens & Backlot Cinema at one end and the Hotel & Apartments Club at the other, with Shops, Eateries and Accommodation in the middle.
